The Marriot International Hotels have had a long standing history of being recognized as one of the most prestigious hotels. The Marriot Hotel has specific expectations and responsibilities that are expected from their employees on a regular basis. Their reputation derives from the conduct of the Marriott associates who create this professional business environment on a day to day basis. The hotel industry can be a very unpredictable environment. Employees at the Marriott are confronted with situations on a daily that test their values, beliefs and judgments. The reputation of the Marriot is built upon the actions of their employees at these times. It’s their duty as a key leadership figure to enforce and ensure that the expectations of the Marriott Corporation are meet on a daily basis. These supervisors are responsible for overseeing and reporting any discrepancies that make result in a sub level performance of competence that mat occur during, before, and after times of operations.
